  1. In a med skillet brown sausage and when cooked set to the side on a plate with a paper towel on it to soak up grease.
  2. While sausage in cooking coarsely chop celery, onions, & mushrooms.
  3. Wipe pan clean and place on med heat and begin melting butter.
  4. When butter is melted add celery, onion,& mushrooms. saute until onions and celery are translucent.
  5. In a lg bowl place bread crumbs and cooked sausage.
  6. Pour butter, celery, &onion mixture over breadcrumbs and sausage and mix throughly.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  8. Evenly spread you breadcrumb mixture into a casserole or pie plate.
  9. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk.
  10. Then add two cheeses to the egg and milk mixture.
  11. Pour eggs and cheese slowly over breadcrumbs begin careful to cover evenly.
  12. Bake for 40-45 min or until top is golden brown.
  13. I serve with my favorite hot sauce :) enjoy.
